What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead the project to bring a newly acquired Silicone Technology company up to CMMC (Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification)
- Oversee project governance and ensure compliance with government-related requirements
- Facilitate requirement gathering and manage project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet objectives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Strong background in Cyber Security and Information Security
- Proven experience in bringing a company to CMMC certification
- US-based candidates only due to project requirements
- Ability to work in a remote environment and manage projects effectively
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in managing government-related cyber security projects
- Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile)
- Familiarity with Silicone Technology and its applications
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
