Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
• Implement and maintain security measures for IT infrastructure.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed.
• Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues.
• Document system configurations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and networking technologies.
• Experience with server and storage technologies.
• Strong understanding of virtualization and cloud computing concepts.
• Familiarity with security best practices for IT systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
• Experience with IT infrastructure automation tools.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Understanding of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
