What you’ll do as an Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative:

• Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, including healthcare providers and medical facilities, through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, providing product support and ensuring satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations: Communicate the benefits of products, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
• Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize the customer experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a knack for building rapport.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales processes.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
