Role Description

This is a full-time work from role for an Inside Sales Executive for organization located in Pune. As an Inside Sales Executive, your day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, effective communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for sales activities and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales Experience and Sales skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Experience in the education or e-learning industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field
• Freshers with Sales Internship experience, MBA in Sales and marketing would be considered too

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Utilization: Utilize leads to identify potential customers to generate sales.

• Customer relationship building: Engage with leads to understand their requirements, rightly align the services to their learning requirement, and identify potential customers, Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and prospects through ongoing communication, nurturing, and timely follow-ups.
• Sales targets – Making sure meeting weekly sales targets through new and referal sales

Location- Office is in Pune – Your Role is Work From Home

Employment Mode: Full-time, Fresher, Experienced

Shift :

10 Am to 7 Pm

or

12 noon. to 9 p.m. IST

Working Days – Monday to Saturday

Salary: Rs 2 lakhs to 6 lakhs depending on experience

Start Date: Immediately

Language: Should be fluent in English and Hindi (This is a must)

Experience: 0-3Years

Education: Any Graduate, or MBA

Role : Business Development Executive (BDE), senior Business Development Executive
