At Telekom, we provide our corporate clients with a comprehensive range of IT security solutions tailored to their digital operations.. Through our portfolio, we ensure the protection and usability of their data, applications, and business processes.

Qualifications

Your Tasks

In your role as an Inside Sales Representative, you are an essential part of our team and support us in Telekom Security solutions and services.

Initiate contact with potential customer representatives and consistently follow up on possible leads, analyze their individual needs and requirements.

Converting leads into viable opportunities. This way, you create valuable strategic touchpoints for the account sales or our solution experts.

Involve Solution and Technical Sales, or relevant vendors to effectively showcase our competencies in value selling.

Document the procedure within our internal CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills are essential.
  • English skills in both spoken and written form are also highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  • Possesses a strong capacity for empathy to foster trust and excels in selling values rather than merely products.
  • Goal and result orientation to obtain binding commitments from customers and effectively implement sales goals.
  • At least basic knowledge of IT Security technologies and digitalization topics to understand the challenges and needs of our customers.
  • The ability and willingness to become deeply familiar with Telekom Security solutions and present them confidently.

Additional Information
