About the Role
Join us at Keep as an Inside Sales Representative, where you will be at the forefront of driving customer engagement and contribute to reshaping Canada’s fintech industry. Your primary role will be to manage inbound leads, assess prospect needs, and guide them through the sales process with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales team to optimize strategies, ensuring that our products and services meet the unique needs of our customers.
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in tech and B2B environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, you excel in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales tools.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to Inbound Leads: Quickly engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Nurture Leads Through Follow-ups: Conduct timely follow-up calls to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Assess Prospect Needs: Perform detailed needs assessments to better understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide Product Information: Offer clear and accurate product/service information to help prospects make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team, sharing insights on lead behavior and preferences to optimize sales strategies.

Salary Range
- 1500 – 2100 USD (monthly)
- Uncapped commissions
