Position Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative plays a crucial role in generating new business and building and maintaining customer relationships. This role would be well-suited to individuals with 2+ years of business-to-business outbound prospecting/cold-calling experience.

What will your day to day look like in this role?

  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in the target market.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to nurture business relationships and convert prospects into customers.
  • Provide clients with product information, pricing, and other details to assist in their buying decision.
  • Collaborate with the outside sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date customer database.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, and presents them to the management team.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of new business development experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
