Responsibilities Include
- Accurately respond to customer requirements within the stated time frames (requests for quotes, order processing, product information, order tracking details)
- Strong customer service experience & Cisco estimates
- Proactively build and maintain a strong working relationship with ISR team
- Proactively build and maintain a strong working knowledge of strategic OEM products and services
- In-depth knowledge and use of WWT tools, processes and partner facing applications to build and validate technical configurations
- Working knowledge of Direct and Indirect sources of supply and associated quote and order processes
- Proactively leverage product promotions and rebate incentives
- Ability to recognize an opportunity to upsell or attach services
- Proactively create, maintain, and provide detailed quote and order management reports to key stakeholders

Qualifications
- B.A., Business, Finance or other related field or equivalent work experience within the IT industry
- Minimum 5+ years of sales and or sales support/operations experience in the information Technology industry.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in global business.
- Candidates with prior experience of creating CISCO HW BOMs on CCW
- Candidates with good interpersonal experience.
- Excellent vendor/customer relationship development skills.
- Excellent business analysis capabilities and experience.
- Ability to analyze reports as a basis for making business decisions.
- Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be the subject matter expert concerning daily processes and procedures.
