What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and effective virtual consultations
• Conduct personalized consultations via phone or video calls to educate prospective customers on treatment options
• Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads and build long-term relationships with customers
• Present professional and compelling treatment plans to help customers make informed choices
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry or equivalent experience in luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology
• Exceptional consultative sales abilities and strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts to meet business demands
