The ideal candidate is an innovative instructional designer with a passion for crafting engaging learning experiences, guiding teams through change, and driving measurable business outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role, providing an opportunity to contribute to organizational transformation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while ensuring consistency and alignment across the company during times of change.
Position Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver scalable learning and development programs aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, training materials, and role-based learning paths that enhance knowledge of company structure, role responsibilities, and industry context.
- Leverage adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to create engaging e-learning modules, job aids, virtual and in-person workshops, and other multimedia resources.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, HR, and Operations to identify enablement needs and ensure training content supports business goals.
- Partner with the Enablement Manager to upload, maintain, and optimize content within the LMS system, ensuring effective delivery and tracking of training programs.
- Leverage adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to craft compelling, interactive learning experiences.
- Develop role-based learning paths to support onboarding, upskilling, and role-specific training needs.
- Partner with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and actionable.
- Use data to assess the effectiveness of training programs, iterating on content to enhance learning outcomes and business impact.
- Contribute to guiding teams through organizational change by creating training solutions that foster alignment and consistency across the company.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and training resources that can scale with the organization’s growth and evolution.
Position Qualifications
- 5+ years in Enablement, Instructional Design, Learning & Development, or related roles; experience in a corporate environment or M&A setting is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
- Expertise in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, including content upload, configuration, and reporting.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, actionable training materials.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
- Passion for fostering a culture of learning and alignment within an organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the SaaS or technology industry.
- Familiarity with M&A processes and integration challenges.
- Experience supporting global teams and creating culturally inclusive training materials.
Lehi, UT: This is a remote-friendly position with the option to work remotely on a permanent basis or work out of our future office in Lehi, UT.
