Job Overview
As an Instructor Program Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing a vibrant team of adjunct instructors, ensuring the seamless execution of our remote and on-campus learning initiatives. This opportunity allows you to collaborate with over 200 enthusiastic professionals who are committed to advancing the future of eLearning.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the IT Career Prep program data while supervising the collection and documentation of daily outcomes.
- Program Development: Lead the project management for the formulation, documentation, and execution of innovative instructor policies and procedures to elevate our training offerings.
- Collaboration: Partner with multiple departments to guarantee an optimal training experience for all learners, emphasizing job preparedness, mid/end course assessments, certification attempts, graduation rates, and overall success.
- Curriculum Design: Craft impactful curriculum and outcomes for the IT Career Prep Course while guiding and mentoring a dedicated team of adjunct career instructors.
- Reporting & Analysis: Systematically organize and evaluate reports to provide insights into student outcomes, identifying areas for further training enhancement.
- Accreditation Support: Aid in maintaining compliance with programmatic accreditation standards (ACE, ACCET, State, VA, etc.) for existing and forthcoming programs.
Required Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
- Proficient experience in instructional design along with the development of technical courses and programs.
- Demonstrated program and project management expertise.
- Previous teaching experience.
- Relevant background in recruitment and career services.
Qualifications
- Experience in preparing students for careers in IT is advantageous.
- Familiarity with IT program management and technical project management is preferred.
