Key Responsibilities
- Strategically develop and implement initiatives to boost brand visibility and generate high-quality leads through both digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborate with diverse internal teams—including Content, Design, Social, Product Marketing, Sales, and Operations—to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Own and oversee the execution of various demand generation initiatives, encompassing outbound campaigns, awareness programs, content promotions, and sales-focused efforts.
- Spearhead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to foster engagement with targeted accounts, driving measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate both digital and in-person event execution, partnering with the product marketing team to ensure successful webinars, logistical support, and effective follow-ups to achieve lead generation goals.
- Collaborate closely with content and product marketing teams to design and optimize nurture programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
- Work in tandem with business development and sales teams to create impactful training and enablement materials for successful campaign execution.
- Define clear KPIs for each campaign, analyze performance metrics, and leverage data-driven insights to refine and enhance marketing strategies.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in demand generation and campaign management, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth within a B2B SaaS context.
- Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Salesforce CRM, Marketo, and 6sense, particularly for Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
- Expertise in managing multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely and effective execution of campaigns.
- Strong collaborative leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams while also engaging in hands-on execution.
- Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel strategies that effectively drive revenue.
- In-depth understanding of both traditional and digital demand generation channels.
- Agility and adaptability in fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to learning new tools and technologies.
- Creative problem-solving skills, demonstrating an ability to find innovative solutions to challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
