We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation and Integrated Campaigns Lead to join our esteemed organization. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and executing high-impact marketing strategies that drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to our overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms, including email, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and events.
  • Strategize and deploy lead generation tactics aimed at attracting premium prospects and guiding them seamlessly through the sales process.
  • Coordinate and assess the success of integrated marketing campaigns, partnering with cross-functional teams such as content, design, sales, and product marketing.
  • Formulate and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting high-value accounts to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Organize and facilitate engaging webinars, online events, and, when applicable, in-person gatherings, ensuring comprehensive execution and follow-up.
  • Craft and implement lead nurturing programs designed to enhance the customer journey and boost conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide necessary training, resources, and alignment to ensure marketing and sales objectives are met.
  • Monitor campaign performance, scrutinize key metrics, and leverage data insights to refine strategies and enhance return on investment.
  • Stay informed of emerging marketing technologies and strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation and campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense).
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple projects concurrently while delivering on time and within budget constraints.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities.
  • A data-informed mindset with a strong capability to analyze campaign outcomes and make decisions based on empirical evidence.
  • A genuine passion for technology coupled with an understanding of the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
  • A creative and innovative approach, characterized by a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.
