Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the creation and execution of multi-channel demand generation strategies leveraging both digital and traditional marketing channels, including email, social media, content marketing, and paid media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and product to develop and implement cohesive campaigns that nurture leads throughout the sales pipeline.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance analysis of all marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue objectives.
- Design and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to effectively target and engage strategic accounts.
- Organize and evaluate the success of webinars, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Work in close partnership with the sales team, equipping them with the essential tools and resources to engage prospects effectively.
- Continuously assess campaign performance, identifying areas for optimization and enhancement.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, particularly in a SaaS setting, with a proven track record.
- Proficient in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce), and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense).
- Exceptional project management capabilities, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the proficiency to utilize data analytics for informed campaign decision-making and return on investment (ROI) evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Genuine interest in technology and staying abreast of the latest marketing trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
