About the Role 

In this exciting role, you’ll manage the go-to-market strategy for a leading F&B company’s interactive solutions, working closely with their team to create impactful marketing campaigns. You’ll also support Dot.vu’s internal projects and potentially contribute to marketing initiatives for other clients as the scope of services expands. 

Key Responsibilities 

Primary Client Support (F&B Industry): 

• Plan, create, and optimize social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across key platforms like Facebook and Instagram. 
• Design and manage email newsletter campaigns using client’s email platforms, ensuring alignment with the client’s tone, style, and branding. 
• Develop and produce compelling marketing materials such as advertisements, articles, brochures, and presentations to support media outreach, marketing events, trade fairs, and promotional activities. 
• Collaborate with the client’s Nordic team to gather insights, identify opportunities, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives using Dot.vu’s Interactive solution. 
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, and create and monitor reports to provide clients with actionable recommendations for improvement. 

Dot.vu and Additional Clients: 

• Support Dot.vu’s marketing campaigns and content creation efforts. 
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including content marketing, social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid Ads for Dot.vu or other clients. 
• Contribute to internal process improvements and cross-functional initiatives. 
• Working for new clients’ marketing activities soon. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a relevant field.  
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role, preferably with experience in B2B and B2C.  
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
• Exceptional English language skills (native level proficiency preferred).  
• Experience in marketing for F&B industry and being a foodie is a plus. 
• Strong organizational and project management skills.  
• A valid permit to work in Malaysia.  
• Flexibility: Willingness to occasionally work on weekends to monitor and report on client performance (remote, once or twice a month) and to work Nordic hours occasionally. 

Skills: 

• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.  
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools, and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads and others.  
• Basic design skills using tools like Canva or similar platforms. 
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, etc.  
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
