As an Intermediate Software Implementation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to significantly influence court administration processes. Key Responsibilities

• Configure case management systems using our administrative user interface, including designing screens, workflows, and search configurations.
• Develop and manage business rules utilizing Groovy and Velocity.
• Collaborate on data conversion specifications and conduct thorough reviews.
• Gather requirements for reports, assist in their creation, and perform accuracy reviews.
• Provide on-site training and support to clients during implementation and administrative phases.
• Leverage your technical expertise in Java alongside knowledge of Windows Server environments, networks, and API interfaces (REST and SOAP).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS SQL or Oracle databases, with experience in reporting tools such as Jasper or Crystal Reports, and MS SQL Reporting Services.
• Strong analytical abilities, learning agility, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client relationship management and team collaboration.
• Problem-solving aptitude with the capability to identify procedural issues and escalate when necessary.
• Familiarity with modern web technologies and various operating systems.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, with knowledge of project management principles.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in querying relational databases (preferably TSQL or PL/SQL) and previous work as an Implementation Specialist or in a similar capacity.
• Preferred: Strong customer service skills and familiarity with eCourt systems or similar industry knowledge.
