About the role
As the Internal Communications Advisor at Forensicare, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the internal communication strategy and driving meaningful engagement across the organisation. In this full-time position based in Fairfield, VIC, you will be responsible for crafting and delivering compelling content that keeps our employees informed, aligned, and inspired.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and implement effective internal communication plans and campaigns to support strategic business objectives
- Create engaging and informative content for a variety of internal channels, including intranet, email, newsletters, and employee forums
- Manage and maintain the company’s internal communication platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly and up-to-date
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights and stories that highlight the achievements and contributions of our employees
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of internal communication initiatives, and continuously optimise to improve engagement
- Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers on best practices for effective internal communication
- Foster a culture of open and transparent communication across the organisation
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal communications, preferably within a complex, multi-stakeholder organisation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
- Proficient in the use of communication and collaboration tools, such as content management systems, email marketing platforms, and social media
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing content
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
