We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Internal Account Manager in Oakleigh South.Â
About the Role:
As an Internal Account Manager based in our Melbourne office, you will be responsible for maximising business and customer satisfaction through effective customer relationship building, customer service and growing existing business within a Sales team environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Build and develop strong relationships with key accounts
- Customer Service and providing real-time updates to customers as required
- Focus on delivering sales targets through cross-selling & up-selling IT-related products.
- Outbound calls to key accounts to foster growth of accounts
- Analyse potential new business, market opportunities & initiating customer contact to pursue opportunities.
- Monthly reporting

About you:
The role requires the successful candidate to have:
- Sales account management or customer service experience.
- Solid knowledge of IT hardware, software licensing and cloud products and services.
- Experience in selling products such as HP, Lenovo, IBM and Microsoft; within a retail/distribution environment would be ideal.
- Proven capability to achieve set sales targets.
