Market Makers Enterprises is a global leader in social media marketing, expanding its reach through both virtual and in-person teams across multiple countries. We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Specialist with a focus on international hiring to lead our recruitment and onboarding efforts.

In this role, you will be responsible for building systems to streamline hiring and training across our virtual teams in the Philippines, Hispanic countries and in-person teams in Malaysia, as well as sourcing talent for management and marketing roles in the Netherlands and Spain. Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement international recruitment strategies tailored to different regions (e.g., Philippines, Hispanic, Malaysia, Netherlands, Spain).
• Source and vet candidates for virtual and in-person roles, focusing on freelancers, managers, and marketing professionals.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing leads to onboarding.
• Build scalable systems for hiring, onboarding, and training employees across multiple countries.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to define role requirements and create job descriptions.
• Support team integration and cultural alignment across global teams.

Non-Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with developing HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Manage employee performance evaluations and feedback systems.
• Support initiatives to boost employee engagement and retention.
• Organize virtual and in-person team-building activities.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Coordinate with local job boards, agencies, and freelance platforms to source talent.
• Review and screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Collaborate with management to understand evolving hiring needs.
• Maintain records of hiring processes and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Support the creation of training and onboarding materials.

Hard Skills:

• Proven experience in international hiring
• Familiarity with global BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) practices.
• Experience building scalable systems for recruitment and onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, local job boards, freelance marketplaces).
• Knowledge of employment laws across different countries.
