Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced International Marketing Manager specializing in Color, Mono, Filler, and Additive Masterbatches products to join our dynamic team at Satyam Polyplast. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing with a focus on the Masterbatch industry and at least 8-10 years of relevant work experience. As the International Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our Masterbatch products in various international markets, such as Europe, Australia, and Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales of Color, Mono, Filler, and Additive Masterbatches products in target markets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing campaigns and promotional materials
• Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to optimize marketing efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners in international markets
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the plastic industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members remotely
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed

Remuneration:

• The salary for this position will be competitive and commensurate with experience, as per industry standards of the respective country.
• The traveling allowance will be provided at actuals for business-related trips.
