A leading multinational company is seeking a skilled International Payroll Specialist to manage their global payroll operations across the UK, Germany, Italy, and APAC.

International Payroll Specialist – Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Payroll and Benefits Manager in processing monthly payroll for various international regions.
  • Prepare and submit payroll data to external providers, ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
  • Reconcile payroll data and provide analysis for gross and net payments.
  • Ensure timely submissions and payments for payroll liabilities, including pensions and HMRC.
  • Respond to payroll queries from employees, internal partners, and vendors with a customer-focused approach.
  • Stay compliant with pension auto-enrolment regulations and support the annual P11D process.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate payroll inputs are captured and processed.

International Payroll Specialist – Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in global payroll processing for 800+ employees across multiple regions.
  • Strong experience in managing payroll for the UK and international regions, particularly APAC and Europe.
  • Previous experience with ADP payroll systems (preferably ADP Celergo).
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and knowledge of in-country employment policies.
  • Excellent Excel skills and the ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
