We’re looking for a Program Manager to oversee our dynamic Intern Program, ensuring it remains a model for effective learning, collaboration, and professional growth. This role also involves overseeing the recruitment process every four months, ensuring a steady stream of talented and motivated interns.

Role Details:
- Availability Hours: Flexible with core communication during US, and able to extend into EU & PH hours.
- Remote Requirements: Reliable workspace, stable Wi-Fi, computer, and access to collaborative tools.
What You Will Do:
Intern Recruitment:
- Lead the recruitment process every four months, from posting roles to onboarding successful candidates.
- Manage communications with applicants, schedule interviews, and support the selection process.
- Ensure smooth onboarding for new interns, including initial training and task assignment.
Program Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Intern Program, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Track task progress and maintain program schedules, keeping projects on time and aligned with goals.
- Set clear objectives and provide regular feedback to interns to foster learning and growth.
Meeting Coordination:
- Plan and facilitate team meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-through on key takeaways.
- Support interns in presenting their progress and sharing insights during team discussions.
Resource Development:
- Ensure program resources and documentation are organized, up-to-date, and accessible for all participants.
- Collaborate with team leads to enhance resources for training and onboarding new interns.
Team Support:
- Act as a point of contact for interns, providing guidance, mentorship, and conflict resolution as needed.
- Celebrate achievements and foster a collaborative, positive learning environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience managing intern or team programs, preferably in eCommerce, project management, or HR.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Calendar, Canva, and task management software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and oversee diverse projects across teams.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate interns.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented with a proactive mindset.
