International Recruiter (Remote)

We are looking for an International Recruiter to help us recruit top talent across the globe.

Your main goal: Recruit super talented people across the globe to work for Ride The Wave!

You will perform full-cycle recruitment, targeting candidates from various countries in conjunction with our HR needs.

Your main responsibilities will include evaluating potential talents, building networks, performing background checks and conducting interviews, and forwarding qualified applicants to the Hiring Manager.

As our International Recruiter, you will also be in charge of managing job descriptions and job announcements, attending job fairs and conferences, and communicating with candidates personally. You may also be required to manage and maintain the database of potential candidates.

To be considered for this role, you need 2–6 years of experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or a similar field. We also expect you to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and preferably a second or third language.

An undergraduate degree in human resources or related fields is advantageous. An HR certification, such as SHRM or PHR, is a plus.

International Recruiter Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end recruitment processes
• Source potential candidates through job boards and social media by posting job ads and connecting with potential candidates
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on qualifications
• Perform necessary background checks
• Conduct interviews in coordination with hiring managers
• Handle communication with and between candidates/applicants and the HR department
• Build and maintain networks of prospective candidates by attending job fairs and conferences
• Manage job descriptions and announcements
• Advise the HR department on the recruitment process and recommend promising applicants to be hired

International Recruiter Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience as a recruiter or similar role (preferably in an international organization)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or related fields is a plus
• PHR or SHRM certification is an advantage
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and/or HR information systems
• Fluency in other languages is a huge plus
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills

Pay: $4.00/hour
