Role Overview:

As an International Telecaller, you will play a vital role in communicating with potential and existing patients from around the world. Your primary responsibility is to engage with clients, answer their inquiries, provide information about our services, and schedule consultations. This is a work-from-home role, offering you the flexibility to operate remotely while supporting our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international leads and existing clients to inform them about Satya Skin & Hair Solutions’ services.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails/messages promptly, addressing customer inquiries about treatments, procedures, pricing, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with patients about various skin and hair treatments.
• Provide a positive customer experience by handling each interaction professionally, empathizing with patient concerns, and offering suitable solutions.
• Schedule and confirm consultations with doctors or skin therapists and coordinate with the clinic’s CRM system to update patient information.
• Handle follow-up calls for inquiries, ensuring each client receives thorough assistance and feels supported throughout their journey.
• Assist with other administrative tasks related to patient coordination as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as an international telecaller, customer service representative, or in a similar remote telecalling role is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software, basic computer skills, and comfort with using online communication tools.
• Customer Service: Strong customer service skills with a patient-centric approach and attention to detail.
• Availability: Flexible availability to manage calls across different time zones.
