Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Facilitate all phases of client engagements from the development of project strategies to the preparation of final deliverables.
- Team Oversight: Lead the project team, ensuring that tasks remain on schedule and that critical milestones are achieved.
- Stakeholder Communication: Organize meetings with IT stakeholders to promote effective collaboration and communication.
- Assessment & Roadmap Development: Evaluate the organizational roadmap and assist in the enhancement of the forms modernization production workflow, alongside long-term management and improvements.
- Risk & Success Metrics: Define success metrics and potential risks, assess the efficiency of modernized forms, and set project baselines.
- Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis to detect trends, identify opportunities, and produce actionable insights.
- Thought Leadership: Play a role in formulating recommendations and solutions based on your analytical work.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, addressing needs while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with small project teams to deliver innovative, practical solutions and foster a cooperative environment.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities and technical expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for synthesizing and presenting intricate information clearly.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills, enabling creative and strategic approaches to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to work effectively in team settings, delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and additional software tools for data analysis and presentation.
- Initiative and a proactive attitude toward both project ownership and professional development.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is mandated, with a solid academic background.
- 3-7 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to federal government services or working alongside the IRS.
- Familiarity with IRS digitalization projects, IRS publishing operations, and knowledge of IRS Digital & Mobile Adaptive Forms (DMAF) is advantageous.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming challenges.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary Range: (90,000 – )165,000, commensurate with experience.
- Minimal travel expected (0-10%), with potential increases based on business requirements.
- Full-time, exempt position with a hybrid work schedule.
- Occasional light lifting of items up to 15 pounds; primarily sedentary work.
