About the role:

As our Delivery Manager, you’ll be at the helm of leading and managing a structure of 200+ professionals, including Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and Software Engineers, working for over 30 US-based clients. This high-impact role offers limitless growth opportunities in the fastest-growing company in the world. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring that KPIs are met, processes are adhered to, and operations run smoothly.

In this role, you will:

As a Delivery Manager, you’ll lead and mentor teams of Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company goals and KPIs.

Your financial acumen will shine as you oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility and management control.

Your problem-solving skills will be crucial as you act as the escalation point for operational and delivery-related issues, ensuring prompt conflict resolution.

Your collaborative nature will drive you to work with the PMO on the execution of procedures for PMs, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

Your leadership will be put to the test as you monitor the performance of Project Managers, managing a team ranging between 5 and 10 PMs overseeing 200+ team members.

Your communication skills will be at the forefront as you present complex operational challenges to Account Managers while supporting the relationship between PMs and clients.

What you bring to the table:

4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, managing teams of 50+ people including 3+ PMs in the IT sector.

Strong IT background and experience managing large-scale software development or tech projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

University degree

Advanced level of English.
