Job Brief:

As the IT Endpoint Engineer you are responsible for designing and managing our Unified Endpoint Management solution, which is based on Microsoft Windows Modern Workplace environment with Microsoft 365, Intune and Defender, along with Azure Cloud and Perimeter 81 VPN services. You will plan releases and updates, and oversee our out-of-box experience for our distributed @Home workforce. As a member of the IT Infrastructure Management team you will work with both Application Services and Networking resources to manage our end-to-end technology stack. You will provide assistance to the IT Service Desk Support Analyst to guide them and serve as an escalation point to resolve complex incidents that require in-depth troubleshooting escalated by Tier 1 and 2 support teams.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, configuration and provide overall management of our endpoint environment
  • Install, test, and maintain applications deployed in our Azure environment
  • Administration and management of MS Intune
  • Ensure perimeter security of our endpoint devices using MS Defender
  • Develop scripts (mostly Powershell) to create automation flows
  • Perform remote analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex incidents
  • Apply best practices in managing desktop applications, based on the ITIL IT Service management framework
  • Take ownership in providing accurate and reliable solutions to clients, document processes and application configuration
  • Manage effective professional working relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders
  • Other tasks that might be assigned

Job Required Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in BS Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • MCSA or MCSE Certification is an advantage
  • Strong PowerShell scripting skill is a must. At least 5 years of development experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing MS Intune
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing M365 Admin Center, Exchange Admin Center, etc
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure
  • Strong background in endpoint configuration and application and patch management
  • Strong adherence to the ITIL framework for Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfillment, Asset Management
  • Proven experience in complex troubleshooting
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficient in oral and written English
  • Ability to conduct technical diagnosis and analysis
  • Assertive and resourceful, ability to interact fluently with US based clients
  • Engaging with internal (core teams) and external stakeholders (clients)
  • Broad knowledge of IT (specific application)
