Position Overview:
As we expand our global reach, we are looking for a skilled IT Product Manager who is fluent in both Mandarin and English, with a strong background in IT systems, manufacturing, and logistics. This person will play a key role in bringing our innovative personalised supplement platform to life, ensuring seamless integration between our core systems, external partners, and global manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project leaders to translate customer-specific requirements into actionable tasks for the IT development team.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams, both local and in China, to ensure smooth operational workflows for work orders, formulations, and logistics.
- Manage systems related to product labeling, barcodes, and shipping logistics to ensure efficient operations across global supply chains.
- Act as the primary liaison between company’s US-based teams and external manufacturing partners, ensuring accurate translation of business needs to technical specifications.
- Perform regular system testing, server maintenance, and security updates for the platform.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams, external partners, and contractors in different regions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both verbal and written) is essential.
- Strong ability to bridge business requirements and technical implementations, particularly in manufacturing or logistics settings.
- Experience working with manufacturing teams, including on-site coordination.
- 3-5 years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment (familiarity with machine diagnostics, ticketing, and systems).
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple time zones and regions.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed to meet with global stakeholders.
- Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, HTML) and database management (MySQL).
