Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the IT department, ensuring the alignment of technology with business goals in the gold and diamond sector.
Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
Manage IT projects, including software implementation, system upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives.
Ensure data integrity and security across all IT systems, implementing best practices in data management.
Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization competitive.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in IT management, with experience in the gold and diamond industry preferred.
Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management. Familiarity with industry-specific software and ERP systems is advantageous.

Salary:

AED
12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
