This pivotal position will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning to successful go-live, ensuring efficient operations at every site. We seek a candidate with a wealth of experience in JDE ERP systems and a profound understanding of managing multi-site projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a comprehensive plan for the multi-site ERP deployment, focusing on timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Foster collaboration with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure seamless execution through all project phases.
• Supervise the entire ERP implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, data migration, user training, and change management processes.
• Partner with plant operations teams to address specific challenges and needs unique to each site.
• Maintain open and effective communication across all teams and departments, ensuring alignment and information sharing.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Create and execute detailed testing plans to ensure system performance and data integrity prior to go-live.
• Oversee the go-live process, ensuring a smooth transition to the new ERP system for each manufacturing facility.
• Track project metrics such as budget adherence, timeline milestones, and user adoption, providing regular updates to leadership.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with JDE ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges effectively.
• Willingness to travel to various plant locations as necessary for project milestones.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience, with a significant focus on ERP implementations, ideally in multi-site environments.
