• Job Title – IT Project Coordinator
• Location – Houston, TX.
• Contract Job – Need someone who can come to the office from day 1.

Job Summary:

As an IT Project Coordinator, you support agile project management by extracting and analyzing sprint data from Azure DevOps (ADO) for weekly and monthly reports, preparing presentations for ITLT and SteerCo, and maintaining trackers for critical deliverables, blockers, and risks. You assist with sprint reviews; help build sprint decks and ensure alignment across workstreams.

Additionally, you provide coordination support to Project Managers (PMs) and Product Owners (POs) in tracking SOWs, budgets, and project documentation. With Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and experience in ADO, you’re well-positioned to grow into a Scrum Master role.

Reporting:

• Query ADO boards and extract reporting data from Dashboard applets for weekly sprint progress reports
• Query ADO boards and extract reporting data from Dashboard applets for end of sprint reviews
• Extract sprint metrics, report outliers and progress on Feature delivery
• Query POs and project team lead for weekly one liners, publish via standard template
• Support & help develop weekly project reports for ITLT leaders
• Support & help develop monthly SteerCo ppt decks with input from POs/project teams
• Support & help develop monthly communication updates for SteerCo and Business users
• Maintain top 10 list of critical deliverables across programs/workstreams
• Support the sprint review deck buildout
• Support Business customer focused meetings/backlog report
• Support BAs with project backlog alignment

Sprints:

• Extract any Blockers, UAT issues,(delay from Business users), etc into tracking report
• Attend each sprint meeting, keep track of attendance for Velocity calculations
• Be able to stand in for scrum master/PM for daily standups with ADO
• Maintain Release and Go Live/Ring 5 Production tracker
• Includes HotFix, and other bug fix releases
• Maintain Issues/Risk heat map/tracker for each workstream
• Support Program Interval sessions with Business/Dev team

Coordination Support:

• Support PM/POs with SOW/PO tracking
• Support PM/POs with budget tracking reporting/true ups
• Support PM/POs with Teams/data folders
• Support PM/POs with Project documentation

Capabilities:

• CSM certified
• Worked with ADO before (not Jira)
• Ability to grow into scrum master role

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
