Job Overview

We invite applications for the position of IT Project Manager, to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) in a fully remote capacity. This role offers a compelling opportunity to engage in significant projects that contribute to the judiciary’s mission while benefiting from a collaborative and supportive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct IT projects through all stages of the system development life cycle, including initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  • Convert project requirements into actionable tasks to facilitate successful implementation.
  • Supervise the creation of proposed solutions that align with business needs and achieve client acceptance.

Required Skills

  • Strong leadership and project management competencies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to transform project requirements into concrete action steps.
  • Experience in guiding the development of solutions to fulfill business objectives.
  • Familiarity with IT project management methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent experience in IT project management.
  • Experience with U.S. Courts is desirable.
  • Knowledge of managing Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) or Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts is an asset.
