YSI is seeking a highly qualified Project Manager. The selected candidate will be able to communicate effectively (written/verbal), possess strong interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and be innovative in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in in Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, of Computer Applications, Project Management Professional, Electronics, Software Sciences OR Relevant field.

· Manages individual projects or groups of projects to monitor schedules and ensure timely deliverables.

· Agile, Kanban, Scrum Master, Backlog Creation and Refinement, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.

· Mentors project staff and provide direction to accomplish project’s goals.

· Provide direction to the teams.

· Prepare and manage the overall project work plan.

· Plan, organize, monitor, and oversee staff in meeting business strategies, and technology development.

· Manage cross functional teams.

· Understand business users’ needs as well as development and service support areas.

· Work with customer to define program and project goals, plans, and reports.

· Interface with senior management.

· Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects.

· IAT Level: 2

· Information Assurance (IA) Certification: PMP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year

• Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

• Agile: 7 years (Required)
• Backlog Creation and Refinement, Sprint Planning: 7 years (Required)
• Scrum: 7 years (Required)
• Kanban: 7 years (Required)
• IT project management: 10 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• IAT Level II (Preferred)
• PMP (Required)
