About the Role

We are looking for a IT Project Manager to be part of a team that serves our clients developing tools to measure and increase the company’s rate of innovation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications and services. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that our applications are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.

As a IT Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Combining your technical expertise with strong project management skills, you will bridge the gap between coding intricacies and stakeholder requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned projects and track their progress
• Direct initiatives to identify, prioritize, define, and implement improvements to the process and standard operations processes to achieve best-in-class status for software products
• Develop and track metrics relating to functional execution, stakeholder engagement, and business alignment
• Serves as a hub between team and client to ensure goals are met and expectations are clear
• Team Health Ensuring that the team is evolving and the individuals are growing both as people and technically
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements for software products and systems.
• Serve as a key point of contact for clients, engaging in discussions on product features, functionality, and technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise to both clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Work closely with product engineers and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

Requirements

• 4+ years working as a Project manager for IT solutions
• Experience managing migration projects is desirable
• Software development experience
• English, at least C1
• Experience with agile methodologies. Agile frameworks, process oriented and organized.
• Experience managing clients and stakeholders
• Experience in software Oustourcing agencies / service consulting company (vs product company)
• Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• Product Management and Business Analyst
• Requirements gathering
• Experience working with Startup companies
