What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring proper planning and resource allocation
Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to define project scope and deliverable solutions
Provide support and direction to technical leads and project team members throughout the project lifecycle
Balance project priorities and deadlines while maintaining excellent communication with all parties
Utilize various testing approaches and manage testing teams as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of experience managing multiple medium to large software projects through the full lifecycle
Proven experience working alongside software development teams
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile/Kanban/Scrum
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging styles to diverse audiences
PMP certification or equivalent qualifications in project management

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience working within a large IT function specializing in complex project delivery
Familiarity with API integration and technical documentation
Knowledge of testing tools and processes
Demonstrated leadership in managing project teams to achieve optimal results
Experience with functional and non-functional testing approaches
