What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide Scrum Master leadership to the scrum team using Agile methodologies and best practices
• Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Support the product owner and development team to deliver high value to clients and end users
• Identify and remove impediments across the cross-functional team
• Assist teams in completing release objectives and enable self-organization

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Active MBI (MUST HAVE)
• At least 5+ years of IT program management experience
• Experience with sprint ceremonies and release planning
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with client stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
