It Project Manager Scrum Master Wfh (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development team, coaching them to focus on sprint objectives and ensuring successful project execution.
• Employ Agile methodologies to address routine challenges and enhance team performance.
• Drive sustainable improvements in processes using Agile tools to achieve prioritized project outcomes within designated timelines.
• Oversee critical functions such as data visualization engineering, data engineering, product management, and user-centered design.

Required Skills

• Proficient in Agile project management tools, particularly JIRA.
• Experience in facilitating daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, and requirements sessions.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and project management frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
• Proven ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Manager for Agile teams.
• Certified SAFe Practitioner or SAFe Agilist, along with Certified Scrum Master (CSM) credentials.
• Previous experience in public health projects and as a Business Analyst is a plus.
• Capacity to mentor teams toward enhanced outcomes through process improvements.
