It Real Estate Marketing Expert (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic IT & Real Estate Marketing Expert to join our team at Wonder Creative Studio. This role is ideal for a creative strategist with experience in IT and real estate marketing who can drive impactful campaigns, generate qualified leads, and execute innovative marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology-driven marketing approaches, including performance marketing, automation, and lead nurturing systems. Additionally, expertise in crafting campaigns tailored to the real estate sector—such as for residential, commercial, or luxury developments—will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Design and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for IT services and real estate projects.
• Develop innovative strategies to attract, engage, and convert leads for real estate properties.

1. Lead Generation & Nurturing:

• Implement lead generation campaigns across multiple channels.
• Optimize long-term nurturing processes using automation tools like GoHighLevel.

1. SEO & Performance Marketing:

• Enhance search engine rankings through well-planned SEO strategies.
• Run targeted PPC campaigns to drive quality traffic and leads.

1. Content Creation:

• Collaborate with designers and writers to create compelling content for digital platforms, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Tailor content for real estate listings, IT services, and social media campaigns.

1. Data Analytics:

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and CRM dashboards.
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

1. Client Coordination:

• Work closely with real estate developers, IT clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
• Act as a point of contact for campaign updates, project progress, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• 3–5 years of proven experience in IT and real estate marketing.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns for real estate and tech clients.
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with marketing tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, SEMrush, and Google Ads.
• Proficient in SEO techniques, digital marketing strategies, and social media platforms.
• Understanding of IT and real estate terminologies and industry trends.
