Job description
As an IT Sales Manager (EMEA, CIS), you’ll be a key player in finding new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential partners and customers, laying the foundation for successful sales engagements.

- salary commission in USDT, fix+ KPIs + bonuses, total income – from 3 500 to 5 000 USDT. Salary range is negotiable in some cases.
What we expect from you:
- 2-4 Years Sales Experience: experience in lead generation or sales development within SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments
- deep knowledge of the investment market and investment products
- understanding of the features and trends of the cryptocurrency market
- willingness to work with your own base and a warm customer base
- desire to develop in the field of investments and financial technologies
- research skills: demonstrated ability to conduct thorough research that inform strategy and communication
- communication skills: excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1) and Russian (B2), with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions to prospects
- organized and process-driven: proven proficiency using CRM tools to enhance your efficiency and expand your reach
- self-starter: highly motivated and able to work independently, consistently seeking out new opportunities and driving results (bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup or scaling environment)
- team player: ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve outcomes
- ability to travel easily (no visa issues at all) to the EU, UK, USA and Latin America.
General Responsibilities:
- work with your own and warm client base in order to attract and retain investors;
- conducting negotiations with potential and existing clients, identifying their needs and offering optimal investment solutions;
- providing consultations on various investment products, including traditional instruments and cryptocurrencies;
- presentation of investment opportunities, convincing communication of the value and advantages of the products offered;
- processing and closing client objections, building long-term partnerships;
- maintaining reports and a client base in a CRM system, data analysis to improve work efficiency;
- focus on achieving high results, fulfilling plans for attracting and developing clients.
