Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee a diverse range of technology projects, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address evolving business requirements, particularly within End User Services (EUS).
- Develop and sustain security reporting systems that deliver real-time compliance updates.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in information security and integrate new techniques to support security aims.
- Monitor key functions for applications and infrastructure services to guarantee uninterrupted and reliable operations.
- Partner closely with the Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) to tackle critical security alerts and incidents.
- Coordinate operational responses across IT departments to provide prompt and effective resolutions.
- Enhance IT services related to End User Support, NOC, and the Service Desk, prioritizing user experience.
- Streamline request processes across IT domains to optimize service delivery for EUS and the Service Desk.
- Articulate a clear and ambitious vision for the team, ensuring alignment with Infrastructure and Operations teams and external partners.
- Manage relationships with service providers, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and deliverables.
- Develop and monitor metrics with service providers to evaluate the impact of service delivery on business results.
- Collaborate with the Vendor Management Office to ensure vendor performance aligns with SLAs and oversee monthly financial transactions.
- Oversee asset inventory and manage the internal budget for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Identify avenues for process improvements and refine existing SLAs to enhance service delivery.
- Direct and manage projects, including resource allocation, scope, budgets, timelines, and overall planning.
- Monitor industry best practices and recommend strategies for EUS, NOC, and Service Desk operations.
- Represent IT in senior executive meetings, influencing strategic direction and ensuring IT services align with broader business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations; or
- Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2 years in IT Infrastructure and Operations.
