We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Primary Skills: Java, Servlets, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Kafka, Hibernate, PostgreSQL/Oracle/MySQL

Secondary Skills: AWS, Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes

Location: Remote

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and related technologies.
• Strong experience with Servlets, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
• Knowledge of Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Expertise in Hibernate for ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker.
• Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience with security frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
