In this Role, You Will

You’ll be diving deep into the design and implementation of system architecture in Java, primarily focusing on REST APIs. Your goal? Ensuring scalability, performance, and perfect alignment with our business objectives. You’ll also be the driving force behind our technical strategy and innovation in Java development, integrating the latest technologies to take our systems to the next level.

But it’s not all about coding and technical wizardry. You’ll also be collaborating closely with stakeholders, translating their needs into robust technical solutions. And let’s not forget about mentorship – you’ll be providing invaluable guidance to our development teams, helping them hone their skills and practices to perfection.

And of course, you’ll be our go-to guru when it comes to recommending tools, technologies, and processes to boost development efficiency and product quality. With your expertise, we’ll be unstoppable.

What You Bring to the Table

The ideal candidate will bring over nine years of experience in development, with a solid 6 years in Java under their belt. You should also have a minimum of 4 years of experience with Spring Boot and a strong background in back-end development.

We need someone who’s not just familiar with memory management and performance optimization, but downright passionate about it. Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, especially in cloud environments, is a big plus.

And let’s talk databases – you should be equally comfortable with relational and non-relational databases. We’re also looking for someone who can weigh the pros and cons of different architectures and technologies with ease.

Oh, and CI/CD pipelines? You should practically be a pro at managing them.

Last but not least, an advanced level of English proficiency is a must. Plus, you must be located in Argentina to be eligible for this position.
