What you will do

Requirements definition: Translate requests into prioritized work or features;
Software development: Design, develop and debug software;
Data Management: Understand data structures and working with volumes of data and logs;
Full stack: Prototype and build user experiences with requisite business logic and backend data management;
Technical leadership: Perform code reviews and promote secure coding and best practices;
Testing & Updates: Partner with IT, People Operations, Finance, Revenue Operations and other cross functional areas to support testing new features and managing rollout of changes;
Reporting & Analytics: Design and implement framework for KPI based analytics and reporting;
Documentation & Training: Create and update documentation for system processes, end-user guides and troubleshooting guidelines; assassin in training new users and providing ongoing support;
SDLC: Leverage best of breed IDE, repository and build tools to implement continuous integration/deployment pipelines with robust testing and security control;
Database and cache: Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish.

Must haves

Minimum of 4-6 years full-stack development;
Experience with Java BE development and Spring frameworks;
Work with modern Javascript libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular and Bootstrap;
Experience building/managing dashboards and data pipelines;
Experience driving security reviews, documentation, UX reviews and working with cross-functional/product team members;
Experience developing customer-driven architectures and restful web services;
Experience developing and interacting with APIs to build integrations;
Upper-intermediate English level.

Nice to haves

Experience with at least one scripting language for automating task and/or, proof of concept work;
Experience developing services in public cloud environments;
Experience with Docker or equivalent container based solutions
