About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our dynamic team of software development professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying secure, maintainable, and efficient software products and systems. You will play a crucial role in enhancing, upgrading, and optimizing existing software solutions to ensure continuous improvement and high performance.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and deploy secure, maintainable, and efficient software products and systems.

Participate in the enhancement, upgrade, and optimization of existing software solutions for continuous improvement.

Contribute to maintaining high software quality standards through thorough requirements gathering, testing, and collaborative code reviews.

Support a positive and high-performance company culture that fosters innovation and collaboration.

Provide technical expertise and support to team members, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Back End developer

• Hands-on experience with Java/JEE and the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot; Spring Data; Spring Test framework)

• Minimum 2 years of active development using SQL

• Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design and Design patterns

• Ability to leverage modern software architecture, design patterns, and solutions

• Knowledge and experience with relational databases, ORMs

• Excellent understanding of the CI/CD methodology

• Experience with Jenkins and Git

• Experience with Junit 5

• Experience in breaking functionality into testable methods

• Good command of the English language

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

• Good command of the Italian language

• Previous experience in a leadership role is a plus, but not mandatory
