Java Tech Lead (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Ensure the technical quality of projects, including code reviews and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Provide technical leadership across the full stack, ensuring efficient integration of back-end and front-end systems.
• Guide the team in adopting best practices in software development, particularly with technologies such as Angular.js, Typescript, Java, Spring Boot, MongoDB, Azure SQL, and Kubernetes.
• Take ownership of architecture design, deployment, and system stability on platforms like Azure.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven expertise in Angular.js, Typescript, Java, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with MongoDB and Azure SQL.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and managing containerized applications.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with experience managing teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with other cloud platforms or DevOps tools.
