What You’ll Do

• Guide customers in choosing the perfect products for their self-care rituals
• Solve any issues that pop up after the sale—ensuring customers feel supported and satisfied
• Be the friendly, helpful voice for French-speaking customers across email, phone, and social media
• All from the comfort of your own home, working remotely with the Rituals team!

No need to hesitate : Become a Customer service agent from home with Rituals! All we need is someone who can commits to at least 20 hours a week (and more is possible too!). There are multiple shifts : Day shift (08:45–18:00),Late shift (11:00–21:00) andWeekend shift (10:00–18:30)We offer flexible shift lengths of 4, 6, or 8 hours, giving you the freedom to choose a schedule that fits perfectly with your lifestyle.

What we ask:

• Minimum mbo level or equivalent ability
• You’re fluent in French, with excellent communication skills
