Job Description
ROSEWOOD is looking for a creative and imaginative Junior Motion Designer for the VALORANT account. We’re looking for someone who is proficient in the world of traditional and basic motion design and video with curiosity in learning additional design skills. This role is a unique opportunity to support creative direction and act as a crucial member of a fast-paced, collaborative team. This individual must have a youthful and trending eye for design, typography and illustration. An innovative mindset and impeccable attention to detail is necessary to succeed in this role.
What Your Day to Day will Look Like
- Assist and execute daily static and motion design projects, assets and layouts for VALORANT.
- Develop storyboards that integrate key photography as well as well-designed illustrations and typography.
- Design Keynote and Google Slide pitch decks, campaign recaps, one-sheets, web designs and branded documents that articulate our stories and key information in a clear manner from concept through production.
- Team up with the Creative, Brand and Production teams on a variety of projects.
- Conceive, craft and execute innovative ideas on time and on strategy.
- Develop best practice trending content/design techniques per social platform that can extend across traditional media.
- Maintain, organize and archive the digital library of assets.
- Continually survey and discuss social media, digital and cultural trends and happenings.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of graphic design or motion design experience (agency preferred).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Proficient in Hierarchy/Layout/Typography
- Proficient in Keynote and Google Drive.
- Knowledge of illustration/sketching, color theory, visual presentation development and layout.
- Skilled in photo retouching, photo-manipulation and compositing is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of social platforms and traditional media.
- Excellent organization and meticulous attention to detail in design and preparation for final deliverables.

Salary
- $70,000 – $85,000 annually
