- Maintain all necessary documentation related to tasks and projects, ensuring compliance with policies
- U.S. citizen
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant project management roles
- Proficiency in Aternity software, ServiceNow applications, and Microsoft Office products
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in data analysis
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Extensive experience beyond the minimum requirement, showcasing leadership and supervisory capabilities
- Proven expertise in managing technical staff and delivering IT service desk solutions
- Participation in policy development and technical documentation creation
- Experience in improving knowledge articles and processes
