As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you will be part of our motivated international affiliate marketing team. Would you like to combine eCommerce and sports? Then you’re in the right place! Immerse yourself in the world of affiliate marketing and help us expand our network. As a Junior Affiliate Manager, you will work closely with our other departments, such as Product, Brand, IT, our country specialists and the BI team.

About the team:

Our 6-member PPC team is partly from Prague, Berlin and Munich, but we cover our partners across the whole Europe. Now we need to extend our team for someone from France.

Job Description:

• Together with the team, you will develop performance strategies based on the company’s goals,
• You take care of our Affilbox platform,
• You take care of our affiliate database: This includes updating and monitoring the database, as well as answering inquiries and creating new affiliate profiles,
• Network expansion: You look for new partners and build a strong affiliate community,
• You take care of e-mail communication with affiliate partners,
• You create reports for order reconciliation and manage the payment process of our affiliate partners via vouchers, invoices or product samples,
• You create detailed KPI reports using GA4, Power Bi, the affiliate platforms and Excel to identify optimization measures,
• You are always up-to-date, share best practices with the team and inform yourself about new affiliate marketing strategies and platforms.

Requirements:

• As an Affiliate Manager in our team, you need initial experience through a working student job, initial professional experience in affiliate, as well as a degree in business administration, communication, online marketing or similar,
• You are communicative and open,
• You are detail-oriented and confident in using Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, scripts, etc.) and have experience with GA4,
• You are not afraid to take on administrative tasks to ensure that affiliate marketing runs smoothly,
• You have an eCommerce-driven and analytical mindset and find creative solutions,
• You have very good presentation and communication skills to communicate data-driven content clearly and comprehensibly within the 11teamsports Group and to make recommendations,
• You have a great passion for discovering and testing new things,
• You are fluent in English and French and have a level of at least C1.

Good to have:

• You already have experience with PowerBi and Affilbox,
• You have initial tracking experience,
• You have experience with other international markets such as FR, IT, ES,
• You speak and write other languages fluently.
