Monday to Saturday Working days ( 9.45am to 6.45pm working hours)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success who can achieve our primary objectives of maintaining high customer satisfaction and effectively on-boarding new students.
Our clientele consists of parents of students from India and abroad who study with us. Key duties of this role include:
- Collection of fee Payment
- Upselling coursers ( 3rd language ).
- Collaborating with academic, admissions, technology, sales, and operations teams to successfully on-board all students and parents into Dreamtime Learning School.
- Utilizing Zoho and other automation tools to establish high-performance support systems for error-free student on-boarding.
- Working closely with the Content and Training Team to create and execute training modules for parents and students orientation.
- Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of student kits in India and abroad.
- Communicating with parents and students via phone and virtual meetings to address any concerns related to the on-boarding of students across all programs.
- Preparing reports and documents as required periodically.
- Performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience managing a team of customer support professionals across India. International experience is a plus.
- Expertise in all aspects of customer support, coupled with a drive to achieve business goals.
- Proficiency in using Zoho One and other relevant tools is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer support while maintaining a customer-centric mindset and exceeding company expectations.

- Certification in communication, persuasion, storytelling, or similar fields is an added advantage.
